Services & Repairs
We have extensive experience in laser service and repair, and we service all major brands of lasers & equipment. We also have the capabilities to service some of the lesser known brands that have become part of the U.S. and North American laser markets. We also have in-house OEM parts, and all the necessary software interfaces to properly service machines up to manufacturers specifications.
We provide a few different options regarding services and repair. We offer both depot repair services, which is most cases is much more cost-effective. And on-site repair for the more urgent situations, and more remote locations. Either way, we can handle just about any situation quickly, and cost-effectively.
Many of the major manufacturers have gone to a depot model of repair. In most cases, it is quicker and more cost-effective to repair “in-house”. Why? On-site service requires travel to and from, we must bring all brand new parts, and we have limited time and resources on-site to repair components. in many cases vs. With depot service, gone are the days where a tech arrives and hands you a giant bill, and you are trapped. Now you can figure out the issue, and estimate the job and make an educated decision before making a commitment to the repair. This process is designed to give you more flexibility and control over your repair and your finances.
